so did you just toss the camera up and let it flip arund or was that some fancy editing work?

 

hahaha....actually, it was quite simple. Whenever I do in car footage with the camera on me, I am holding it in my right hand just above the rear view mirror. All I did was let it go onto my passenger side seat. It just all kinda worked out perfectly. Searched on the web for some car crashing sound effects and voila.

 

Now that you saw it, let me explain....(copy and paste from another post with edits so that you will understand)

I made this most recent Dyno Day video for all of the members of MPH. I never wanted MPH to credit me for it at all. When a moderator saw my video posted, he moved it
to the Modular Powerhouse Related Video Forum. I was touched and honored at this, then when it had been moved back, I was puzzled as to why. I really thought it was done on accident. Then, I saw another Moderator start asking questions like, Did the video make mention of MPH anywhere or show signs of the shop. Someone even replied that there were cars with the MPH Logo on the windshields. He followed up with asking the original question again. At this point, I flipped. I got so excited that it was in the MPH Video forum and then he took it out because it didn't start off by saying MPH Dyno Day video. It said MCM Motorsports Dyno Day video. Every piece of video footage was done at MPH. Every vehicle in my vid was a customer of MPH. A moderator then came back and said that his brother watched the video and asked when and where was the MCM Motorsports Dyno Day. I never in my WILDEST dreams thought I needed to put an MPH logo or make reference to MPH in my video or I would have.
I posted the video as the MCM Motorsports Dyno Day video because my name is associated with....VIDEOS! I was then told (by yes, a moderator) that I needed to get a life.
Two other members even came to my defense and told these two moderators that they were ridiculous. That made me feel a little better since I knew I was right. This was not the first run in with the moderators over there. There are at least three of them who really didn't care for my sense of humor.
Oh well...

Every video I make, starts the same way..."Hi Everybody, Michael here, MCM Motorsports for you on the forums."
I was the only one at Dyno Day that didn't need a name tag.
I figured by now everyone viewing those vids should've known who I was.

Its really not. I think this was all just a misunderstanding but it was the icing on the cake for Mike (mcmmotorsports) because of other disagreements he had with the mods. Its a great site with tons of great information.

In terms of information and GOOD information, it is a great site. BUT, in terms of administration...wrong people.

 

This may be true mike, but you went about it the wrong way. That is my opinion. I think that you cut your nose off in spite of your face. I hope to see you back over there. you had soem great information to add as well. Not everyone has a sense of humor.

Hell, does one said member or maybe two have a Mustang anymore? hell that is just funny? Or at least I find it funny, they have time to visit and screw with someone and all?

I didn't leave because of this ONE thing. It was something that was building up that got no better. I am happy not being there, constantly watching to see what snide remark a moderator will post just to show that he has powa on teh web. E thug is a term that comes to mind here.

 

You are right, I have said that over and over again. That was you decision. You let the little boys win. That is what I am more disappointed about.

If you were still there, you can run havoc. YOu could post your videos that we all love (or some of us), you can just have them watching you. That is what I will miss?

oh well, i guess we will just have to come here and mess with you now.
