Not always, there are a few younger girls that have their act together..
I'm 37, my fiance is 23. She's an amazing person. Kind to a fault (special needs teacher), Smart, got her Bachelors Degree over a year early - finishing her Masters in May 06, she has a wild side, but knows when to rein it in..
I do agree a majority of younger girls (and guys) have some growing up to do, but sometime you do get lucky...

Regardless of her age, she seems like a pretty cool girl. The only problem is that her telling you that all of a sudden, without even talking to you about it, is very immature (age factor). My guess is that there is another reason why she told you that?

Say whatever, just sucks to see that happen. But quite funny, 'cause you had to know it was going to happen, right? Co-workers flirt 'cause they wanna **** not because they want a relationship. Especially teenagers.

LOL dont worry about it wiener, itll be ok. If she wants to be that way, let her, and it sounds like what both of you wanted, she is just using the flip-around thing to make you feel bad, so she doesnt have to.

1) You broke one of your own rules "Don't dip your pen in company ink." See what happened?
2) You're single, GET AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!! Take my advice. This coming from a 37yr old married guy that is hurting for some strange in the worst possible way!!! (I live by my friends saying: The F'n you get isn't worth the F'n you get)This is why I won't do anything stupid.
3) Bro, who cares what she's saying or doing now, you got to "hit it" and that's all that matters! You "hit it" right and they all get goofy on ya. Hope you took pics/haaaaaaaa.
4) Don't sweat it and move on to the next one,,,just not a co-worker.

and def. Pix Or Ban?!... U shoulda introduced her to Jeff when we were out there a couple weeks ago... he's let her know her role...he's a real lady's man...and by lady's man I mean... in the front door at night, and kickin' 'em out the back in the morning...
