alright i need some help...should i go to my junior prom or not???? if i do i kinda gotta tell this chick tomorrow cause i told her if i went i would go with her and she is hot so i kinda wanna just becuase of the party's after (gitty gitty gitty goo) but the thing that sucks is i hate dancin with a pasion and if i go with her i feel like i would be f.uckin her outa this crap cause i dont dance...what do you guys think?

But the GT-boy is right, you're talking $150-200 for a tux, $60 a prom ticket (thats how much mine are anyway), $180 for a limo (if you're going with a bunch of friends.)

But if you're going to go, make sure, MAKE SURE that its not just the girl. A lot of times its a hell of a lot better when you're just with friends (not so much girlfriends, but girls that are friends, do count). Just don't take a girl for the sake of taking her because she's hot.

I made that mistake my junior prom... and everyone here pretty much knows the end to that story.

shiiiiit, i'm not going to my senior prom!
i'm waaay too cheap for that ****, and i'm not feeling the girl that wants me to go enough to really want to go

 

She gave me the run around, told me that she didn't want me to meet her parents (we're not talking like, mommy is pregnant and barefoot and daddy is in prision, we're talking a nice family here), she then told me not to come to her house until after 6:00, because she wanted to get pictures taken with her girlfriend and her date, but I wasn't invited (even though I was her date.) And to top it all off, I paid $60 for a ticket and meal that she ended up leaving early to without me, and $110 for her seat in the limo that she didn't even end up going in.. (She ended up going with the girlfriend and her date, I was left alone with the guys.)

So you know? I keyed her car that next week in school.

Thats why if you go with the girl for the looks it ain't worth it, becuase that **** happens to you.

hey, if all us highschool kids lived in the same place we could just go do donuts in the parking lot and have bunout contests during prom. I bet people would have alot more fun watching us than dealing with all the stupid drama that goes with it. May pick up some hot chicks too:banana: lol

If you don't have a good time and prom, there's always the afterparty. Dude, there's ALWAYS the afterparty.

welcome to my jr. prom. we were there for like 30 min to please the ladies. then we all took our cars that we got to take to prom and had some fun. some kid got to take a prowler. it was pretty sweet

 

get hammered in the limo on the way there, by the time you get there being a bad dancer won't be on your mind, and you'll be good to go... but yeah if your going just cuz she's hot... it may end up being one of those she uses you to get in prom, and then ditches you...

 

Go! GO GO! You are only in highschool once, live it to the fullest and live the best time you can while you are there. A couple years after highschool youll start reflecting on all the great times youve had in highschool.

 

then you get to college, and wish you graduated earlier...LoL...trust me there are much more fun years ahead...so what ever you do in HS you'll have fun topping it in College... I swear almost everything you see in the movies/ cliche college movies, I've seen/been apart of...

LoL skip the Tequlia and go right for Mr. Jack, or Jim, I have great relationships with both...either way like I said, a few shots (don't get wasted and be that idiot) but it'll loosen you up and get ya dancin like a white boy in no time...LOl

 

Dont go with someone that you are unsure if she has an interest in you. She may just want a free ride like others have said so make sure of intentions or let her pay for her own ticket that way she knows there are no strings. You should dance in the most crowed and dark place on the dance floor that way you could just sway side to side and make it look like your feet are moving plus noone will notice how bad you are. Make sure you dance every slow song.

 

LoL see someone agrees with my first assesment!... watch out for those cute chicks that play cool wit you and then at prom...bam your that broke lookin kid on the side while she dances with that guy she was really goin after... if you do go with her, play like you don't care so when it happens, you'll be fine... get your group of boys together and hit the stage...

 

at my school we only had junior prom, if that's the case for you, GO

 

I thought i was too cool to go to the Prom. I ended up missing one of the biggest events of my younger years.

 

damn, prices for prom are outrageous, i spent 70 bucks on a tux...5 bucks on a prom ticket and drove my 64.5 stang fer free and got laid .......it was definatly worth it
