skirt steak wtf????
ok so last night my mom was makin "skirt steak". well I work at a real steakhouse and I've never heard of skirt steak so she made it last night but i had to work so i coudlnt eat it. and when I came home today from school, she told me it was in the fridge, so I took it out and first off, it took like 5 minutes to cut thru about 3 inches of steak(it was gross) and so I put it in the microwave for about a minute and after takin it out, dear lord just sniffing it made me gag.
Anybody ever had this stuff?? good lord, if youre ever at the supermarket...be sure to NOT ever buy this kind. Stick with a filet

LOL I purposely put in and took out the steak so noone would notice the dirty microwave. But yeah, I think marinade or some kind of spices would make it better but dear lord...I'm scared to touch it bc it might attack me

as for the rocky Mountain Oysters...yea, that would be my father who ordered them for me while we were in denver one time... chewed through a bunch and were like yum these are good, what are they...fried bulls *********...oh really....
