The contest was for opinions on the centercaps, but the prize according to Shambles post was for a $200 gift certificate.

The contest was

Rate the caps, and the winner of the contest was randomly drawn by a randomizer with each person having a specific number. The random winner of the contest got a 200 dollar gift cert to MT.

Two seperate contests...maybe that's the confusion. This one was for a random drawing from people who submitted opinions on MT's new centercaps. The other one is for the quotes on the gutted 'stang pic...
