Default Im an idiot!!

Yeah i was at a ford dealership today with my friend looking at GT's cuz he is going to get one and (i had no intention of even looking at cars formyself) i saw a 04 blue mach 1, beautiful car so i said to the guy i said i want to test drive it, so i did then i test drove a 02 lightining (frickin awesome). Then i had them appraise my car -almost 10,000, so i said why dont i see iff i can talk them down on the price of the mach 1, they wanted 25 for it with 30,000 miles, i was like heck no, so i talked them down to about 20,000, so i was like im gonna do it, so i was about to get myself a real nice mach but then i said to my self i love my car, I have no payments, so what is the point of having payment for basically the same car, and i would have to start over on the mods,
so this is why i am an idiot, i would have gone no payments to payments and NON-stock to Bone stock, man i am glad i didn't do it!!!!!

Man, about 6 months ago I was in the same exact situation you described....and bye bye 03 GT Vert and Hello Mach 1! I racked my brain for like a week straight and I kept saying the same things you are......then I went back to the dealership where I found it and it was gone! Thankfully they only moved it to a different dealership and I went and picked her up. I've only done some very very basic boltons to my Mach and it would run circles around my GT and plus the shaker is cool.....what I'm saying is DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT

I paid $22k and it had like 27,000 miles on it.....the dealership also gave me $16,500 for my GT vert, but that just washed out what I owed on it.

Yeah, I would say that's a pretty good deal! One thing I would do is try to find someone that works at Ford to run an Oasis report on the car.....the report would show everything that has ever been done to the car at a ford dealership.

I wasn't sure about buying a used car when I knew the car I already had was perfect, but I took a chance and everything's cool so far. But if you can get an Oasis report it's even better.

question: being how men love their cars more than anything(including gf i've noticed most times) does this mean if u were going out with someone for however long u've owned ur car, but saw a new girl.... we'll say slightly hotter or maybe better body, "[u're] baby would be gone?"

I kinda promised my car i'd keep her, you figure the price of the engine swap and extras/good times and experience doing it all over the years, is priceless, think about if you dad gave you his 69 Mach as your first car...

i think if he gave it to me I would buy another to drive to school/work. and then just spend all my extra time/ money fixing it up and keeping it as my weekend cruiser and under a cover in a garage during the week to keep it all nice and perrrrdy....
