Am i being scammed????
Alright i shipped my lambo doors out to a guy two weeks ago the guy tells me he never recieved anything yet a few days ago. Today i come home and there is this envelope and in the envelope it has a box top off the box i sent. The thing still has tape harcore on the seems of the box never been cut. A section was just cut out of the intire top. Then a ****ty piece of paper says your item was lost from its parcel. I call the guy that bought it he didnt really say too much i mean hardly anything at all. The package made it to a florida post office and this guy lives in florida:shifty:. I think this is very strange that somehow they lose the doors out of a well inforced cardboard box. I think this guy is trying to get his money back and have the doors. What is everyones opinion's about this? I've already contacted paypal to tell them i might be getting scammed.

I never send anything USPS they are the worst for insurance claims. Use UPS or FEDEX always unless its a letter and always use sig requirres plus insurance. I would say he is trying to scam you but did you require a signiture as USPS just leaves it at the persons door if you dont.
I had someone try to scam me out of an intake by accusing me of sendind a no name brand filter but at the end paypal asked him to return it to me and he did not which proved that he was lying about everything. Things do not look good if a signiture was not requirred.

Is there a usps tracking number on the package? if so, go to http://www.usps.com and track that number. They will usually say if it was delivered or not. But, I don't see a post office taking the time to send back a piece of you're package.
Keep the envelope that it was returned in. Just in case this gets to the point of you having to go to court. You can compare the guy's hand writing to the writing on the envelope (just in case, that would seal the deal).
But, yeah something is definatly off about that!
