Perhaps he has a real beef...perhaps he is a dick. Either way, it is slanderous for him to do that. You know, you cant make everyone happy.

 

Exactly what i thought. My rims got here very fast when i ordered them from here last year.

A couple of times I've ran across people on different forums that have bashed Mustang Tuning for stupid reasons, but the majority of people that reply are very happy with MT. I always stick up for them even though I haven't bought a whole lot from MT versus some of people here. People get so pissed off when stuff doesn't come exactly when it's supposed to, but hell the shipping is free so who cares if it's a couple of days late.

LoL mine were almost 3 months late, 2 months and some change... But it really wasn't their fault, it's those dirty CHina men and their evil plot to ruin my mustang...lol Oh well, it's a business you can't appease everyone...

From what I can tell MTing seems to be doin very well as they have bigger and bigger advertisements in MMFF and 5.0... thats usually a good sign...hell i think they had more ads then Steeda...

 

Exactly. Any company you run into, some one will of had bad experience and will be angry. Maybe rightyfully so, maybe not. Welcome to business.

 

I've always had service with MT. Don't care to listen to anyone who says anything different.

 

The only bad experience was when my credit card didnt process and had to fight with customer service ended up canceling my order but it was a time issue its not like like I was mad at MT I just needed my stuff by a certain day and they couldnt do it. I still buy from MT cant beat the prices

Yep... everytime I ordered (the three times I have) on a Tuesday, they got here on a Thursday/Friday.

Never had a problem with MT and I love everything I got from em'. We have a Mustangs Unlimited 10 miles down the road, but **** that man, haha.

 

I've invested about 3 grand in MT... theyve messed up on 2 of my orders but are always nice about it and in one case gave me a partial refund so they're cool in my book

 

Never had a single problem ordering stuff from MT (and I have horrible luck when I order stuff). Just wish I knew about the discount code sooner<>>>

 

I have yet to have a shipping issue with any of the online stores I've bought parts from. I've had more issues with places I go and deal with people face to face at than I have over the web. People are so high strung when it comes to receiving stuff they purchased. They just need to relax and realize that they aren't the ONLY person in the world trying to get the exact same parts at the exact same time from the exact same place.

We knew about this guy and its been taken care of. We did mess up on this, but hopefully everything has been resolved .

 

Hell, we're all human ~except this one chick I used to date she was closer to primates then I sould imagine Big Foot to be! Agh, that's neither here nor there ~ but even computers go on the fritz at times.

MT is a great site. None of us live in a perfect world so why should anyone expect it to be? Besides, that guy deserves to have the skin kicked off his forehead!

Sasquach! That's exactly what she was! I think she migrated from the Northern woods of Canada! It was a lonely night and I caught her rummaging through the garbage in the back like a racoon. We started talking and the rest is history. LOL!

If I had one I would post it. Trust me though, you don't want to see her. The image of her still torments my memory. LOL!
