hey ive never had anything wetsanded and i was wondering what is the whole process?????

Do they strip and repaint or just take off clearcoat and re clearcoat
or what do they just take a layer of clearcoat offf???

and if anyone has had it done or knows someone who has how much did it cost them

Wet sanding is simply sanding with sand paper and water. You can use any grit you want. You can use to just take off the clear or all the paint, depends on the grit.

it just takes some layers of the clearcoat off, then u buff it and it looks like new

can this be done for headlights..... i've heard of people "re-polishing" headlights

yeah, I swear....I don't know anything about it though, because I never cared enough to pay attention...do a lil research

Here's a tip. Do not try wetsanding your car yourself, you have to know exactly what kinda grit to use and know exactly what you are doing. Do it wrong and you'll mess your paint up...
