Convertible OK for street/strip car!
Well I have an 01 GT VERT auto, the car will be more of a strip car but I want it to be easily driven on the street. I am either going to go with Kenne Bell and N20 or Turbo kit. I haven't completely made up my mind yet but what do you guys think of doing a convertible with 700-800 rwhp. By the way I will be shooting for 9's. I have had one mustang before a 96 cobra w/ a vortech kit but I have been big into the import scene for a few years now, but I am now getting bored with it. My turbocharged civic has ran a best of a 10.5@139 with crappy traction and I will obviously be shooting for the same if not better power to weight ratio as it is 2400/540whp. So any info you guys could give will be greatly appreciated and please don't :bash: me for owning a civic, I love all fast cars!

thats for a coupe, the new rules say anything under 13.5 in a vert you need a cage.
