Default dash removal

can somebody help me? i am completely gutting the inside of my 2000 mustang and have gotten most everything out but don't know where to begin to remove the dash. any advice would be appreciated. thanx in advance

how far are you so far? strip the steering wheel, guages, center console, pretty much everything you can see. there are 3 bolts under the defroster plastic strip thing up by the wind shield. i think there's 8 main bolts for the dash. it's a lot of work, why are you stripping it?

Buy a haynes manual. They tore down a whole mustang and rebuilt it. It will tell you how to strip down your interior.
