Well, the only problem with the procharger kits, is the fact that they like to blow seals. The vortech comes with a 1 year warranty, which I havent heard people have to use like they do with prochargers. No, the mongoose doesnt include an intercooler, but it comes with the best tune on the planet, and you wont need to worry about having the intercooler, and youll make the same amount, of safer, more reliable horsepower. And no, Procharger is not the only manufacturer to put a mustang into the 11's, and NO, gears and full exhaust is NOT stock. No, dont get the throttle body spacers and crap, as they do NOTHING, especially on a blown car. The point of forced induction is to allow the MOST air into your car. Therefor, a larger throttle body (75mm) will definately produce gains, and combined with a plenum, Ive personally seen gains of 15+ hp on other cars. Skip the procharger, they are headaches, and go with the mongoose.

Also, MT doesnt sell superchargers, and the Mongoose is only something that MPH does. Tim has spent countless hours with these cars, and developed that tune. Just go with that kit, you wont find a better value for that 3770 bucks. Im saving my pennies as we speak

Damn. Is this guy a sales rep for Procharger? The mongoose kits are the safest in the modular business. Power isn't everything and means nothing if the car blows up.

i think with the mongoose kit there awsome tune a 10psi pulley and an intercooler not to mention i live in miami where the 93octane is very plentyful ill have no prob hitting my 380 400 hp mark......

haha...personaly i like the procharger...and the shop that i would get it installed at will do it all for 4200 or so that is with every tune and everything else i would need for the s/c...procharger is the way to go...for v6's it produces way more power than a vortech or novi paxion

and my place has never gotten a complaint about a procharger that they have installed

yea...i have to say go w/ the vortec mongoose.......just get the t-trim instead of the s/sc....its a lil more effecient...unless u dont like the whine of an s/c....i would get the KB but i can afford a 6500 s/c so im going for the t-trim vortech mongoose..

EDIT:you can always have them throw in an intercooler and still be cheaper than the P1SC or wat ever better than urs has

11s is an EXTREMLEY IMPROBABLE if not impossible number for BOTH prochargers and mongoose kits, a car needs a hell of alot more than a regular blower an i/c, headers, and a TB, people have trouble getting out of the 13s with that setup! let alone the 12s, if u say either can send u into the 11s "easy" you dont know what your talking about

you dont want 4.10s with a blower, thats a no no, because youll be running 13s because your tires will be spinning so much

4.10's are awsome for any power adder if you have drag radials or slicks that is. other wise dont really bother with it you wont be to happy with all the tire spin slowing you down.

Wink haha PROVE IT

again someone twisting the facts... procharger is the only company TO DOCUMENT AND PROVE otherwise STOCK GTS - even automatics to get into the 11's with 8lbs -10lbs of intercooled boost... also an intercooled charger will always produce more power than an non intercooled at the same boost level period... stating otherwise is just not being logical. I want to see where vortech has documented an otherwise stock gt hitting the 11's - where hear all this mess but wheres the proof? - do that and then we can argue more

you have wide meats you will be ok. Its just that in first gears its gonna spin badly and in asome of 2nd gear. It will be fun though. I wouldnt pay to swap down to 3/73's if you all ready have gears.
