Default SeatBelt Loops

when i bought my 02 gt mustang the previous owner took off the seatbelt loops on the headrest area. I just got a set off ebay and now i am trying to figure out how to get them bolted into the seat. It appears that the headrest doesnt come off to get a tool in there. Also What Bolt size or what do I use to attach the seatbelt loop to the seat with?

Thanks in Advance

I used small griplock pliers with a screw driver head to take mine off.Not sure what size they are,I put mine back in,but you should be able too go to Ford and get some at the parts room.Yea the headrest is a pain.

I have a cheap set of torx wrenches bent like allen wrenches. That
is what I used when I switched to roush loops.
