What kind of pads are they? Agressive pads tend to squeak a bit. You might be down to the wear bars. Look at your pads and see if they are touching or near touching the rotors.

Maybe your pads are glazed since you got on them so hard. I'd try swapping them out and see if that helps.

I had a squeak that would not go away and I put some of the brake quiet stuff on the pads and got some sand paper and sanded the rotors,noise went away.
