They are produced using the cutting-edge forging method in one of the two Rennen manufacturing facilities in New-York and LA. In the process of forging, the metal becomes denser, less porous, which makes aluminum structures much stronger and lighter due to the reduced amount of material needed to ensure the structural integrity of the construction if compared to the traditional casting method.
