Default Mustangs over the Years

I have been there for all of it, ... 64 1/2, 65, 66, 68. 69, the model 11, 98, and more. The 65 289 was magical... I have had several. I think it was more than the 302 (or 5.0) ever was. The 390 just kicked butt.. What a beautiful package in 69 that was. This has been an absolute love affair with the Mustang.

Do you know that the 4.6 is good for 300,000 to 400,000 miles and running strong? The 5.0 was only good for 225,000 miles. This is in my DNA, and my Genes. my 98 has a 4.6 and can scare me at the age of 71, but I had to go there. You can't forget who you are and where you came from. Rbarclayr in Sacramento, CA

This is not only about Mustangs... I have won many races Nationally and raced internationally in FIA. Unfortunately not in Mustangs. I have a perspective that few do. As I enter the winter of my life, what I want is a V/8 Mustang GT.
