Bigger Wheels

hey whatsup ppl?... im planning on getting some 18x10 chrome deep dish buillit rims but i here that you have to do other kinds of modifications for all the gauges and proper fittings if anyone can give me additional info about this plzzz tell thank

No other modifications are needed.My 18x10's are almost the same hieght as the stock 17's.
