I want to get an SCT2 for my 01 Cobra, but I also want to make several mods afterwards (gears, headers, x-pipe, blower) will it be a waste to get it now or should i just get it and have it retuned? And how does the tuning process work, can I do it on my own or do i need someone to do it for me?

 

Its better to have someone who knows what they arew doing it, to tune it. Your fuel curves and timing are all adjusted. Id at least get gears out of the way first with the reprogrammer so you have to get it anyways.
