Default Need some help with a vibration noise

I installed the SLP Axleback exhaust 2 weeks ago and its been great, little but of drone but not much I can do about that.

Just as of 2 days ago I start getting a vibrating noise coming from the rear passenger side when accelerating. Depending on how quickly it starts at like 1000 rpm and stops around 1500.

It's hard to reproduce, But Im not sure if it could be the exhaust rattling or something with the suspension?

Not sure if it matters, but it recently got cold outside, about 2 days ago.

Any ideas about this would be awesome!

may be something with the hangers,,, since i had my exhaust changed i got a vibration soo subtle it made a whine kinda, and then i got another rattle coming from my cats because they got raised, and when i start it on a cold day, the idle is just right enough to make a clattery sound, sometimes when i roll it does this too... i think by bending your pipes lower you could fix it maybe. just gotta find where its coming from then we can help better.

I need to get someone else to sit in the backseat so they can listen closer. I tried tightening up the clamps for the exhaust, I didn't tighten up the hangers much more. But i'll give it a shot.

After driving some more I notice it really only happens when I accelerate quickly. That quick movement may cause more motion than usual and thus a part of the exhaust rattles against the metal body.

Ill keep on looking. Is there any other thing that could rattle like that? Suspension? Wheels? Something on the rear end.

-Thanks

Just climb under there and check any spots that are very close to something else. If it looks close at rest and then you start to drive the car and the supension starts to move and the exhaust starts to move, its gonna hit. Look for any spots that look shinny, also check your motor mounts.

good points, as u accelerate your engine may be twisting too much by bad motor mounts allowing exhaust to rise up and rattle against your body. id have to hear the rattle to judge.
