Will the stock 03 cobra cat back fit a 2002 gt?

Well won't the cat back just go under the gt rear end like it does the cobra?

I'm pretty sure the cat-back don't fit....I think I've read before that the IRS is positioned differently, therefore throwing off the route of the exhaust.

Does not work with a solid rear car because the SRA is in the way.
