steeda firewall cable adjuster (clutch)

I was just curious my clutch is grabbing at the top (pedal almost all the way up). do I turn the cable adjuster clockwise or counterclockwise to make it grab more in the middle? thank you

I have the same issue, except mine is at the middle i just wanna bring it a little closer to the floor, any help would be appreciated.
