P2196 Code.

P2196 Code.
On the way home from work today, for the first time ever, I got a P2196 (O2 sensor stuck rich) code.
I have had my headers and a tune on the car since August. I got a code about a few days after the header installation that was just for the rear O2 sensors and I had my tune amended to accommodate it. Until today, I haven't gotten a light.
A little more information I can give is that I went to a store I've never gotten gas at before and put 93 octane in it last night. Usually, I run an 87 tune, but I switched it over to the 93. Could it just be the gas? Should I just keep running my 87 tune with 87 octane, because I've never had a problem with it?
I've done a little more research on it and I think it could also be that I have damaged O2 sensors. I'm going to go check them tomorrow morning. But, I don't notice any drive-ability issues. No weird smells, no weird sounds, no weird feelings. No rough idle, no lower than usual RPM's, and no lag that isn't in the normal areas.
If you guys could set me on the right track to possibly fixing this or even giving me some ideas on what I should do with my tune or things I might have to replace, that would be great.

I'll keep that in mind when I check some things out tomorrow.

Bumping up...
Didn't get a chance to check my sensors out, or drive the car. It will probably remain parked for 2 weeks, as it is not my turn to drive to work... I carpool with a friend.
Anyway, does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions?

i would re-load the 93 tune, clear the code and wait to see if the CEL comes back on.
your car is still lifted so it probably wont be too hard to have a look at teh wiring on the o2 senors to see if they chaffed on a piece of metal and exposed some wires.
