Default Gas Pedal Q?

I was wondering where i can buy a new gas pedal assembally that brings the gas pedel higher up so i makes it easier for heel toe. I remember a while back i saw one advertised as a bullet gas pedal assembly. I miss the whole heel toe downshifts from my 240's

There is a nice trick you can do where you take a zip tie or even cut the bottom off the stock gas pedal line and move it up to where its even then attach the new fitting on the wire line to raise the gas pedal. Its just like the cable found on your regular bike with a metal fitting on the end. Same thing just cut the cable shorter and move the gas pedal up a bit. Or just use the zip ties or what have you.

Isnt the pedal the way it is for a reason? I think Randy posted something about it.

It's probably that way so you don't hit the gas instead of the brake. But it is super annoying to not be able to do heel toe shifting. My clutch, brake, and gas are all at different levels. Need to squirm myself up under the dash to fix it.
