1998 GT foglight bulb replacement

Default 1998 GT foglight bulb replacement

how in the hell do you get to the bulbs on the '98 GT's foglights? my chiltons book has NOTHING on it. i just want to know because i have a bulb out in my left light.


in other news, my Hurst short throw shifter arrived! now i need to install the thing. pics when it is installed!

not 100% sure but i think you have to take your bumper off,

All you have to do is get under the front bumper. Its right there once your under the car and looking forward.

ahah dont make him do that.. if its like 99-04 all u do is go under and turn the bulb out of the housing and replace it and pop it back in and twist.

no offense but:
not sure if you should be messing with a shifter if you can't get the fog light...

anyway, you dont even have to get under the car... just reach under there and find the wire that goes to the fog light in the back.. follow it upto the plastic harness where it meats the foglight, turn that thing about 90 degrees and pull it out, then disconnect the bulb from the wire ect...
