Question Fox body mustang project

I have a California rust free Fox body 2dr fastback with the 4cly 8 plug 2.4L engine. My son put a $2k AAMCO trans and about another $1k in other repairs into it. Still needs a lot of TLC, wiring harness, and minor body work with a paint job.

I am debating chopping this car up and putting a gt40 sub-frame in the front and boxing out a four link rear suspension in it. I thought perhaps since I am looking to chop so much metal out of it perhaps I should sell this one and get a rusted beater for a project car.

I thought I would ask the hive mind on which way to go with this. Sell it or part it out and chop it. I am kind of caught in the middle since its a rust free.

+1 i think you should keep it. I think getting a rusted beater would be asking for more work and headaches. Might as well take advantage of the nicer one.
