ok well u can kinda of see it in that picture but u know that thing under the stock bumper? its like a flat piece that hangs down under the car. it just looks out of place. i was wondering if i could take that off with a dremmel tool or something. eventually ill get a mach 1 chin on tho but i mean for the time being.

Helps keep things from hitting the engine,accessories, etc.. leave it no one will notice it. especially if you lower your car.

just get the chin spoiler, it wouldnt be there if it diddnt serve a purpose.

Doesn't it help create a low pressure area behind the radiator to allow more airflow through the rad for cooling? I've always left them there, despite their lackluster appearance.

You mean like the hoodscoops/sidescoops/wings/faux brake coolers?
