Default AC Panel trim removal?

Alright, so I'm trying to remove the plastic trim thats around the AC, radio, etc. I removed the two scews that are kind of underneath the radio and then I figured it would just pop off. The top portion pops out, but I can't quite figure out why it wont pop off around the bottom and middle of the panel. I also removed the trim around the shifter. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm trying to replace the bulbs behind the AC panel.
