are there any smoked/blk covers/lenses that cover each headlight, not the whole unit on the taillights. not the whole unit just each light (the individuals for each of the 3 lights, not the whole cover for all of them) ?

where are a good place to get them for cheap, americanmuscle has them but does anyone know where else is a good place to get well priced lights and covers?

I would recommend getting some of the "cut to fit" vinyl tint overlays from www.stangmods.com. They don't make the overlays specifically for 96's but you would be able to buy sheets of it and cut it yourself.

It may be cheaper to buy auto tint from autozone or walmart but the quality isn't going to be as good. The stuff from stangmods is thick quality 3m product. I've got it for the rears of my 04. Here is a link click on "cut to fit sheets":
