Default What's the easiest way to adjust headlights on a 93?

OK, this sucks. I ordered new headlights last weekend and got them installed last night and they looked awesome and straight/flush with the parking lights. But, when it got dark, the drivers' side was awfully lower than the pass side. I used a small pair of vise grips, (which sucked), on the adjustment screw close to the fender. It fixed the height problem, but it's pulled in badly now and looks awful, at least to me. Is there a certain way to adjust these, because I can't get any tool to the adjustment screw next the the radiator? Any help? I'll go take a pic where everyone can see what I mean. Thanks
