On a pretty much stock Stang 4.6L engine, except for mods listed. How much timing can I put into it, or how much fule can I add, if any, without damage probability? I just down loaded the latest version for the Diablo Predator, and would like to attempt a new tune. Anyone with some sugestions, and experiance, would be very much appreciated.

 

I wouldn't try it without sticking the car on a dyno....I mean you could add timing until you here a knock and then back off, but I think anytime you start adding or taking away fuel without using a dyno your risking the engine.

 

Make sure you're using 93 octane and you can raise the timing a few degrees. Leave the a/f alone.
