Default Spec Stage 1 Clutch Kit on American Muscle

It says it comes with a "bearing." Is this the throw out bearing, pilate bearing or another type of bearing? Also, what is the typical cost of a clutch replacement and besides what comes with the spec clutch, what else will I need? Is it worth getting a new flywheel, or should I just get my stock one resurfaced?

Do you have any idea how much they are from ford?

If you have the time and patience, replace the clutch yourself, since it is going to be pretty pricey if someone else does it.
As for prices, I'm assuming the pieces from FRPP are the same as OEM so...
TOB: $35
Pilot Bearing: $10.95
Also, get your flywheel resurfaced since it is a lot cheaper over a brand new one.
