Default 4.10s installed today...WOW !

I had my 4.10 gears installed today and all I can really say is wow. Through researching what to get, I had read alot of the arguments for and against doing 4.10s and I'm here to say, 4.10 are def the way to go, lol, just awesomely fun...

I haven't noticed a whine and I was definitely listening for any kind of abnormal sound. I picked up the car around 5pm and drove around til 7:30ish, running errands, windows down and stereo turned off. Nothing usual so far, crossing my fingers lol...

Hey machnjo, did you do anything else to the rear besides the gears?

Nope, I just wanted the car to be a little more fun to drive.

I have a very slight whine only from 40-50mph. Still I love them and wouldn't chage them for anything.

Mine are FRPP, I've heard that it's just because the gears have a pretty straight cut.
