looking for these tail lights' if anyone knows, or are they just tail light covers

They are vynil not plastic covers like the GTS ones sort of like when you tint your car windows.

They are stock lights with a cover on them. You get get them made for about $60. I forget where, but someone here will have a link.

I just got those. I thought they were covers, but they actually stick on like stickers.
