Hey, I'm gunna be doing a T-56 swap very soon. In fact I have a T-56 out of a 04 Cobra being shipped to me on Monday.

From what I've read I will have to move the trans crossmember, get a 03-04 size drive shaft, and a new rear yoke, and get some sort of speedo correction. I've heard that I need the electronic speed calibrator, http://www.americanmuscle.com/speed-...tor-94-04.html, but I was wondering about other options. I was planning on getting a Xcal 2 anyway, so maybe I could save myself 100 bucks if that will do it as well.

Also I used a 21 tooth speedo gear to correct my speedometer when I got gears over a year ago. Not sure if that would matter, maybe the correctors will correct for that too, or maybe I need to get a stock sized one again.

Any feed back will be appreciated.

When I bought my car the speedometer was messed up as well. The previous owner had put a 410 diff in it and not recalibrated the speedometer. I would recommend just getting a xcal 2 and getting something that will recalibrate the sppedometer as well as improve performance
