Default 13" Baer rear brake upgrade kit problems

I've had my rear kit on for about 2 weeks now. I know some people have trouble with these and some don't have any at all. My question is to those who have the noise problem (like a baseball card in bicycle spokes). I am having this problem and can't figure out how to fix it without getting rid of the kit and going to rear cobra rotors like everyone will probably tell me to. The space on the factory caliper bracket in front and back of the rotor is even, so the rotor is dead center, and not rubbing the rear or front pad, although that is honestly what is sounds like. I sanded the caliper bracket and the slides that go on the ends of the brake pads to ensure a clean seating for the pads inside caliper bracket. I'm running organic bendix pads. I bled the whole system after the job too. When I apply my brakes, the noise gets louder, which is expected I'm guessing b/c of the dimpled rather than drilled rotors, and then I let off the brakes and it is not as loud, but is the same noise. Has anyone fixed this problem, or has everyone said screw it and went to the cobra rears? I really like the look of these, and I have the front baer rotors to match so I don't really want to change the setup. Thanks in advance for any input!
