Default exhaust question

I will be ordering SLP LT headers and x pipe with removable cats soon.

1. Will the slp x pipe connect properly to my magnapacks.

2. Do I need mil eliminators If i have a diablo tuner to turn off the engine light. I will only have the cats in for inspection.

3. Anything else that you can think of that I will need.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but does anyone know if LT headers are "illegal"? Say I was to buy SLP LT Headers, SLP Catted X, and some kind of catback, would I still pass emissions?
