I was wondering if its normal that my rear bumper, under the license plate, on the bumper on the top, the flat part for sum reason it isnt flat nemore, kinda like warped...if i rub my hand across it, theres a lump now...wasnt there before...

this prolly didnt even make since...i cant take a pic to explain better...

 

I have seen this... i think it is common, the plastic on the horizontal part of the rear bumper warps... mine isnt, but stang00's cars were...
