Question Grill Delete install

Anybody put one of these on before? It doesn't look that hard, but the outer grill portion has some double sided tape on the bottom for extra grip and I'm wondering if I need to wait until spring to put it on so it'll hold? I'd think the two plastic screws (one on each side) would suffice in holding it down but I'd like to use the tape as well since it's there. I just don't want it to unstick if I put it on while it's cold. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

If you are really scared, heat the place on the bumper up with a blowdryer or something, just not too hot where it melts and such. I put mine on about 4 months ago and its still sticking strong after tons of rain, ice and hot weather all mixed together. Itll be fine.

Yeah - I put it on yesterday despite the cold. It got up to about 40 and I just left my car in the sun. The bumper was warm to the touch and the tape is holding fine. Here's what she looks like (and I apologize for the dirtiness of my car)...

Can't figure out how to post a damn pic on this site, so here's the link
