Default Reverse actin up again....

I know it's been brough up before but my Reverse gear has been actin up a bit lately, when I go to put it in reverse sometimes it won't go all the way in gear and i got put it in 1st a lil bit and then back into reverse for it to work...whats the deal here?

happens to all of us, i usually just let the car roll a little bit if i'm on a hill or pull up a little if i can't roll and it just pops right in....

common t5/t45 problem.

happens to me too(with the 3650), I just let go of the clutch, then press it again and it always goes in that time.

for the t5/t45 5th gear and reverse gear share the same synchro, so try putting it in 5th, then reverse

Yeah thats what I usually end up doing and it goes, I was just wondering if neone had figured out how avoid this problem all together...DAMNIT! stupid T-5...

I haven't heard of any fixes other than a T-56 swap.

When i had manual i would always before even trying to put it in reverse i would put it in first give it a little gas (not enough to move the car) and then try reversrs, if that doesnt work jiggle it a lot
