whats the finish just chrome...no clear coat because the cleaner that i bought has a warning says this: Do not use of clearcoated wheels. Do not use on polished aluminum, clearcoated,factory finish,anodized or cadmium plated wheels or spokes.

 

They are triple chrome plated, and im not too sure if they have a clearcoat on top. I dont think that they do.
