I went to my local dealer and he did not know about it. He went to ask someone and returned said "you have to leave your car here and when one of my techs have time he will need to verify the intake, take pictures and ford will mail a check withing 6-8 weeks. What has been your experience with the dealer? It seems like he is making it more difficult and giving it less priority.

 

i'd take it to a different dealership..
