When I turn my headlights on, the left headlight goes dim. Acts like it is sending power to the fog lights and the turn signal on the left side as well. The turn signal indicator inside, the fogs outside and the fog light switch all light up really dim, even though the fogs are off. It's like I have wiring touching somewhere but I doubt I do.

So, could it be a relay of some kind?

 

Found the problem...Bad ground.
