How about this...... If its hot outside and I use the auto down on the window, it sticks down and won't come up. However if I hold the switch down the whole time it rolls up fine. If it sticks down the door panel comes off and the drill battery gets pluged in.

You should have seen the tint guys trying to explain that my window wouldn't roll up......

The fake hood scoop. Other than that my only complaint is a couple body panels dont quite line up as well as they should.

Ever since the first week I had my car, i noticed a creaking in my wheel when i turn it. Its not tooooo loud, but noticeable inside or even outside when nearby. Like in a parking garage, u can just hear me turning. thats annoying but i think im gonan take it to the dealer to get fixed. I hear ford is notorious for power steering problems.

The cheap *** AC vents. I had to replace all of mine. My seat belt doesn't retract all the way back in when I take it off without some help. The leather in mine sucks compared to the leather in the newer ones. Other than that I love it.

The pizza oven when the AC is not on. It could be cool outside but if you are crusing you can feel the heat inside the car.

Gotta be the seatbelts, oh and just like venom, how it can get hot without the heat on on a cold day. Dont get it. Oh, and when we bought my car, they replaced the clutch, but didnt resurface the flywheel, so now I have a screwed up clutch that chatters like a mother after Ive driven it in traffic for about 30 minutes, and then when I start, it jerks like a ****, so everyones like, HA that kid cant drive for crap. I just tell my car thanks...

That's my biggest complaint...I had thought about pulling the seats and carpet out and putting in a layer of heat insulation (the thin stuff you can get at Lowes) to see if that cut down on some of the heat. I like driving with the windows down (get to hear the exhaust better ), but even on a nice day, it seems to heat up inside too quick.

Agree w/ Matt.

I can't stand how the seatbelt webbing will "fold/flip" over behind the upper slide. I went out and bought the correct size star drive socket so I can unscrew the slide, flip everything over and put it back in.

Also, Ford could make the acrylic headlight buckets a little less prone to hazing & scratching. Just spent $240 on 2 new buckets from Ford. Bought some knock-offs for $180, but sent 'em back, they were crap, didnt fit right, felt cheap.

i hate how mine whines really loud, kinda sounds like im out of power steering fluid even though its full. The selt belts not retracting. glove department being small, the cup holder to close to the stick shift so i can drink anything and drive.

But i love the drivers side left air vent, on a hot day it helps massive amounts of sweating.

Mine started doing this a few weeks ago. (seat belt retraction) Also the belt always came out of the stock headrest loops. I replaced them with roush loops but it is only a little better about not coming out.

Also, the hood doesn't line up perfect, it is slightly higher on the pass side, a lady around the block from me has the same misalignment.

it should be under your warranty. i was afraid that they werent goin to cover it with the mods i have but they did. just take it back to the dealer and tell them the problem. they should be able to fix it wit no problem.
