I have a BBK cold air intake and just purchased the SCT SF3 X3 three custom tunes.

Every once in a while, my check engine light comes on. The code is for system too lean, bank 2.

Suggestions?

 

Its probably something in the tune that isn't right. My car did the same thing when I first tuned it and I had to go back and have the tune sent again. Since that has happened no more CEL.

Just my opinion though.

 

Update... I had my son install the tune for me while I was on vacation.. he missed one of the steps in the process... I think it was in the download..

I reinstalled the performance tune for 93 octane...

All I can say is wow...

No more check engine light or trouble codes.

The car drives like a stock tuned mustang until you hit 3K on the tach... then hang on... the power comes on like there is no tomorrow....

 

Yeah, these motors really come to life at 3000. Glad it was only something minor.
