Default Mustang Week @ Myrtle Beach, SC

Anybody attending MW 2009 this year, it starts on 7/21 - 7/26th

www.mustangweek.com

I am looking at going on 7/26 for the last day of it this time around, throwing the idea around of attending it all next week possibly.

I'd go if I were a few states closer. Although I've never understood why they have Mustang Week during the middle of July....

I meant it in reference to this: "throwing the idea around of attending it all next week possibly."

Small dinky little town, speed limit is no more than 55mphr at the most. Nice to go back every once in a while...but it sure is hard to drive there after most speeds around here are 60-70 most times.

Montrose, PA. It is a small one street light town that I used to live in until I was 13 or so. It's in Susquehanna County, the top east corner of PA. Just south of Binghamton, NY.

Never heard of Montoursville but I've been to Williamsport. My old town is the same. Slow curvy mountain roads. It shouldn't even be on the map but it's beautiful. My whole family lives up there so I plan on taking a roadtrip that has been long overdue.

OK, Back on the Subject for this thread. LOL. I went last year, but didn't know it was stang week and we took my wifes Chrysler, Had fun watching all the stangs on the main drag. I'm on vacatuion starting on the 21st this year again. I may decide to go down on tuesday and wednesday. But the wife will be with me, and she don't like when I shift and squall the tires. We were gonna just stay at home this year, but it may time to hit the Grandstrand.. I'm only 2 hrs away at most..

Hopefully next year I'll take the whole week off because I've been wanting to go for awhile now.

The only reason I'm not going this year is because I have classes that week.

Whatever you do, Do Not order pizza from the flyers stuck in the motel door. Some motels will have a list of places that you should not order food from. Last year we orderd pizza for delivery. Didn't notice it was one on the do not list. It was a shitty weekend to say the least..

If it doesn't have an address, just a phone number. Be weary..
