Hi all,

I'm just wondering in general how much hp/lb torque I'll have with the following items: I have an 06 Mustang GT Auto.

-Mobile One (5/20) full synthetic
-JLT CAI and SCT SF3 tuner (91 octane tune)
-4.10 gears

*Please note my budget is pretty low at the moment.

and if I should get any more mods to add more power!

Depends who is the tune coming from? Also that oil is not going to give you more power. And gears do not add any power at all either. A good tuner/CAI combo will bump power up to 20-30hp over stock.

 

Gears make you accellerate faster, but don't do anything to the amount of hp/tq produced.

The numbers dustin posted are pretty accurate. You'll probaby see around 20hp.

SO where is the tuner/intake combo coming from?

 

key thing to remember here, a dyno is a tuning tool.

doesn't matter how much power you make, it's what it does @ the drag strip

for example, you will probably read 5-10 rwhp less with 4.10's vs 3.27's

but you will also pick up a couple 1/10's going to the 4.10's

 

197's tunes are great if u get a good one, 4:10's dont add HP but drop your 1/4 mile probably .3 im guessing.... oil doesnt do ****.
