Concrete removal
The neighbor has some concrete on there car on the paint and windshield. I know in the past ive used concrete remover, but I forgot the exact steps.
Im pretty sure that you wet the area where the concrete is then spray the concrete remover on the conrete and let is set. Then come back with regualr car soap and a sponge and scrub the area. Then rinse with water..... Or am I missing anything?
Also do I need to wax the area after I do the above steps?

Use a sponge soaked in distilled white vinegar to soak the cement. It will dissolve it so you can hose it off. If it has been on there a while, you may need to do a bit of polishing to remove minor etching in the clear.

I haven't tried using vinegar to remove cement. But not too long ago I had a Bentley come in which had been sitting in an airport parking garage (dont ask) and some cement had gotten on the paint. I used this stuff called Back- Set to remove it, http://topoftheline.com/cement-concr...over-auto.html It works very well. Follow the directions on the bottle and wax the area when you're done.
