2010 Mustang with 5.0L Emblem Yes or No
I read on the internet there was talk of the 2010 having the 5.0L emblems on the side of them like the third generation stangs and bringing back the days of the 5.0L engines.
After watching the 2010 Mustang being revealed on TV I noticed it wasn't followed through with or it wasn't true to begin with but I think it would have looked cool.
What do you think?
1. The 2010 Mustang should have had 5.0L emblem.
2. It should have been an option.
3. Hell no, third generation is dead

I think the 5.0 emblem looks cool on any mustang, however they arent to that generation yet. It's like they are going back and revamping all the generations so realisticly they shouldnt bring the 5.0 emblems and engines back until 20 years or so from now. lol
I think he has no idea what 5.0 means in regards to engine size, merely thinking it another term for GT.
But yeah, the old 5.0 emblems did look cool, but no, I don't think we need to advertise like everyone else. We've been there, done that.

In 2012 they're coming out with a 5.0 GT and a twin-turbo or single-turbo V6. My dad works for Ford and in the last Blue Oval magazine they announced it. The reason being is fuel-efficiency. The turbo V6 will come out around 300 HP, but still get 30+ mpg. Pretty sick idea, that's why I hope none of you guys buy this 2010 mustang right away.

yea actually my grandpa use to work for ford, and we got that magazine, I see now what he's talking about for 2012
So I don't know what 5.0L means do I Ghostalker than why would I have started this thread?
I also noticed you saying that 5.0L means something in regards to engine size but GT doesn't?
"I think he has no idea what 5.0 means in regards to engine size, merely thinking it another term for GT."
Maybe your the one that needs to think about what your saying. Last time I checked a GT refers to V8, and a V8 equals 2 more cylinders than a standard Mustang, thus a bigger engine.
Did you read the word "was" in my post by the way, that means this was something that could have happened but didn't and I just wanted to see what people thought.
Honestly I don't know if you are like slow or something but I will post part of what I said here for you again and maybe if you read it really carefully you will understand what I said. I will also emphasize key points for you.
I read on the internet there "was" talk of the 2010 having the 5.0L emblems on the side of them like the third generation stangs and "bringing back the days of the 5.0L engines".
The sentence above is in past tense there for I obviously know this is something that is not around anymore and I am quite aware of the size engines made by the Ford Motor company through the years 1979-1993.

Well I think putting a 5.0 emblem on a 4.6 liter car is dumb. Your question is dumb and your thread is dumb. Why don't you take you're "was" ... ... make that into an emblem and stick that on your car.

a bomb full of fail and suck has exploded all over this thread.
5.0L is NOT the same as GT/V8. me thinks you need to check the specs on the 2010. im not gonna put cobra emblems on my v6 for the same reason this 2010 shouldnt have a 5.0L badge when it has a 4.6 under the hood.
If it's a duck, don't call it a bear.

Wow Havokk you are pretty dumb, obviously a 5.0L would only go on a car with 5.0L engine, get the hell out of my thread!
Wow! I actually didn't know for sure if it had a 4.6 or 5.0 but when it was revealed and there was nothing said about 5.0 and there was no 5.0 emblem I assumed it didn't have a 5.0L engine, and Flynnster or anyone else I am quite sure I know what an engine is and what a Litre is it doesn't take a scientist to figure out what a 5.0L engine is, Jesus, I mean I could go as far as saying I blame stupid Americans like yourselves for your comments, but I'm not gonna do that because there are probably more Americans in here then Canadians and I am smart enough to know just because there are some stupid *** retard Americans like the retards who can't under stand my simple pole doesn't mean that all Americans are stupid like that rascist Havokk, thats right Havokk you are an Anti-Canuck!
