I have like two days with the dual exhuast magnaflows on my 2008 mustang and when the road is bumpy it rattles or sometimes out of the blue. I checked the Hangers and i think that the exhaust shop that i took to only put one of the 2 hangers that i took from pypes cause the other is black im guessing that is the stock one. Any ideas if that could be it? i dont want to go and start accussing people.

 

i had the same problem after about a month with my flowmasters. the problem was a broken weld on the hanger. i say go bak to the shop and have them go over the welds and everything. it shouldnt cost anything if its the shop that did your pipes.

my pipes used to just rattle and hit the gass tank when you were at really low rpm like too low rpm, of course i had a 5speed

 

my do it too but only when i hit a good pot hole in the road other then that i thank it the top of the pipe hitting the axle because my are a little close to the axle but i love the way they sound!!

wen i got my exhaust done, the shop told me to come back in a week or two to re-tighten the bolts, because sometimes things can rattle.
