Quick search came up with a few specs on them.

495" lift and 230* duration in/out. Thats all I could find so far.

 

Thanks Justin, I do have that. What I think I need is somebody who bought them who has the cam card. I'm selling them after I get the 5.4 swap done, which could be a while but they are too big for an automatic without a big converter. Stick would be good and especially a power added motor. If you find anything please let me know s I want to do some comparisons to the Crowers I bought. Mark
